Located in Kabul near the Police Headquarters on Jalalabad Road, the MEBS International Afghanistan office is strategically poised to serve clients in Kabul, Herat, Kandahar, Jalalabad, Bagram, Sharana, Salerno, Schank and Paktika.

Since 2006, the Kabul office has been catering to the operational needs of DOD, USAID, commercial companies, governmental and non-governmental agencies working in Afghanistan to assist with the U.S. military’s Operation Enduring Freedom. The office sustains and supports personnel by providing the full array of in-country services and solutions, including short- and long-term housing in MEBS safe-house/guest house compounds, Containerized Housing Units (CHUs), vehicle leasing, office and warehouse leasing, procurement, manpower, visa assistance, travel services, freight forwarding, and airport meet-and-greet services.

The Kabul office handles import and export shipments, and expedites the clearance and delivery of all freight coming by air to Kabul, or by sea freight via Karachi. We coordinate with the U.S. Embassy, Afghan Customs and freight forwarders for smooth clearance and movement of all governmental, non-governmental and commercial shipments to and from Afghanistan.

The Kabul office is also capable of Supply Chain Management of project goods and equipment with warehousing, inventory control, packing and redistribution of goods, and more, depending on clients’ requirements The office maintains close contact and communication with the MEBS Corporate Office in Kuwait and U.S. headquarters in Virginia.
